My friend (she does not want me to share their name) makes the best brownies. I love them, and I do not make them because I may eat them all, haha, seriously, they are so good! This brownie recipe makes a quarter-sheet (9 by 13 inch cookie sheet). Serves: 12 large pieces Ingredients 8 oz lb melted unsalted butter 8 oz lb melted chocolate 4 eggs 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar (PACK BROWN SUGAR) 1 cup AP flour 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to make chili brownies) Method Add butter (FIRST) and then chocolate chips to a bain marie. This is a spice rub sent from heaven! I went to wholefoods to check on my curry sauce babies and found this wonderful gem. Chutney Pinwheels

This appetizer is quite popular within the Indian community. Some of us may enjoy making our own puff pastry sheet but I will leave that up to you. You can also make the pinwheels ahead of time and freeze it.
