Tandoori Salmon

This is a spice rub sent from heaven! I went to wholefoods to check on my curry sauce babies and found this wonderful gem. Paired with lemon and salmon, this meal is a mild rainbow tang that fully envelops your mouth.

Serves: 2


3, 6 oz salmon fillets

2 teaspoons sea salt

1/4 cup store-bought Tandoori Masala spice rub (I got mine from Whole Foods) 

3 lemon slices, each cut in half



Pre-heat oven at 350 F.

Line a 1/4 sheet (9 by 13 inch) cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Place salmon fillets on the paper. Sprinkle generously and rub  with sea salt.

Sprinkle Tandoori Masala spice rub all over the fillets and massage.

Place 2 lemon slices on each salmon fillet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. I prefer my salmon completely cooked, so I will leave this up to you. I usually bake it for 20 minutes. Serve.
