Chicken Paprika

Chicken Paprika is a great dish to cook on a busy weeknight. Just mix in our red chili paste (Tambda) with some chicken, toss some vegetables, and bake. Adding potatoes makes this a complete meal. We used chicken legs for this recipe as the dark meat holds better for a longer duration of cooking.

Spicy Red Pepper Hummus

Our chickpeas are fresh and our chili paste, pasty. Derived from Marathi, our Tambda (red) chili paste is the best solution to titillate your taste buds. I hope you like our spicy red pepper hummus. Serves: 4-6 Ingredients 1 teaspoon of Rupen's Red Chili Paste (Tambda) 1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed 2 Tablespoons of olive oil 1 red pepper in brine 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt   Instructions Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
