I had the pleasure of seeing and tasting Chef Rupen's food first hand on Saturday, when he was the guest Chef at Southern Season Cooking School in Chapel Hill, NC. The butter chicken was delicious and the red curry lamb was spicy but not overbearing. I just tried the first bottle of Makhani sauce, cooked it with sauteed Paneer. I am speechless. This sauce is better than the best!!! Rich in flavor. Just the right amount of heat. Perfect tangy. And is that final note from fenugreek!!! OMG. Yum Yum Yum.
