Mixed vegetables

Ingredients1 cup fresh cauliflower florets1 cup carrots, diced1 large potato, skin-on, rinsed, microwave for 6 minutes then dice (keep skin on)1 cup green peas, here frozen peas are ok2 tablespoons curry powder1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder1 green bell pepper, diced2 tablespoon oil1 cup shallots, thinly sliced3 tablespoons chopped cilantroSalt to tasteInstructionsIn a 5 qt wide pot, heat oil over medium heat, when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and saute for a minute. Ingredients3 cups dried shrimp, very small shrimp1 large red onion, finely chopped4 tablespoons oil1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder1 tablespoon coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder OR less if you like it less hot1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoons chopped cilantroInstructionsDry saute dried shrimp in a wide pan, until it gets more dry. This will take about 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring every minute. Set aside and when it cools down a bit, using your fingers, crush the dried shrimp, as much as you can. Coconut butter cake
