Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients 1 lb shrimp (16-20 count), peeled, deveined and raw, tail-on preferably Marinade: 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 1 Tablespoon peeled and grated ginger 1 Tablespoon finely chopped cilantro 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 Tablespoons sweet paprika 1 cup semolina   Instructions In a mixing bowl, apply lemon juice, salt and turmeric to shrimp and set aside for 10 minutes. Add ginger, cilantro, black pepper and paprika. Mix well and make sure that all shrimp pieces get rubbed with the spices. Set aside. Ingredients 1 lb fresh deveined raw shrimp, 16 count 2 Tablespoons ground paprika 1 teaspoon ground cayenne (use 1/2 teaspoon if you like it less hot) 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 1 teaspoon salt Juice of one large lemon plus lemon zest from the same lemon 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1 cup finely chopped cilantro   Instructions Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
