Spice-up your tacos with our chili pastes. Available in green and red, both our pastes are excellent for that additional heat in your tacos.

Herb Chicken Taco Filling

Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Rupen's Jalapeno Paste
1 lb ground chicken, cooked and seasoned 

Instructions

• Sauté chicken and onion with olive oil over medium heat until the chicken is cooked. Mash the chicken while cooking.
• Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
• Add taco seasoning along with Rupen's jalapeño paste, cilantro and mint. Mix.
• Prepare your tacos and serve.
