Let Us Take Care Of Our Bodies & Switch To Seasonal Foods

Eating local and seasonal has a lot of benefits. Given that we live in a day and age where processed/altered foods are in abundance, we can enhance our immune system better by consuming organic foods when available. The traditional holistic Indian way of life, Ayurveda recommends a similar approach to diet. Click Ayurveda link to learn more.
