Its easy, its one pot, its vegetarian and its healthy.Ingredients4 tablespoons oil1 tablespoon cumin seeds2 cups mushrooms, diced2 cups orange bell pepper, diced1 tablespoon curry powder1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1/2 jalapeno, finely choppedSalt to tasteInstructionsHeat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic and jalapeno. Saute for a couple of minutes.Add mushrooms, pepper and curry powder. Cook covered for about 15 minutes on medium-low heat, stir every 5 minutes.Adjust salt and serve warm.

White Basmati Rice seems to be a staple rice dish available at restaurants. We get at restaurants that will most likely be seasoned with cumin seeds and garnished with cilantro. It is plain rice, and there are many ways to make it. I suggest cooking the rice separately and adding it to the seasoning.
