IKEA Meatballs in Korma Sauce

This is possibly one of the easiest dishes you could ever make. We fried them here cause it adds texture, but you could cook them any other way. As long as you get them warm so you can add our Korma curry sauce.

Serves: 2

2 cups canola oil

18 IKEA Vegan meatballs (or any other)

1 Tablespoon ghee

1/2 cup whole milk

1 bottle of Rupen's Korma sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat canola oil to 350 F.

Deep-fry meatballs in batches so as to not overcrowd the saucepan.

Remove after 3 minutes or until golden brown on the outside and place on paper towels. Repeat until all meatballs have been deep fried.

In a frying pan over medium heat, melt ghee.

When the ghee has melted, pour milk and Korma sauce. Mix. Bring to a boil.

Add meatballs and stir. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Serve.
