Ingredients:
• 4 large portobello mushroom caps (stems removed)
• 4 tbsp Rupen’s Kandoo Marinade
• 4 burger buns
• Lettuce, tomato, and cheese slices (optional)
• Mayonnaise or chutney of choice
• Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions:

Clean mushroom caps and gently wipe dry.
