🍔 Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burgers with Kandoo Marinade (Vegetarian)


Meaty portobello mushrooms soak up the smoky-sweet flavor of our Kandoo BBQ-style marinade for a hearty plant-based burger. Fire up the grill and pile on the toppings—this is summer’s final bite done right.

Ingredients:
• 4 large portobello mushroom caps (stems removed)
• 4 tbsp Rupen’s Kandoo Marinade
• 4 burger buns
• Lettuce, tomato, and cheese slices (optional)
• Mayonnaise or chutney of choice
• Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Clean mushroom caps and gently wipe dry.

  2. Marinate with Kandoo Marinade for 30 minutes.

  3. Lightly brush with olive oil and grill 5–6 minutes per side.

  4. Serve on toasted buns with toppings of choice.
