Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 lb pork, diced into bite-sized pieces 
1 jar of Rupen's Vindaloo curry 
1 can pineapple slices, chopped + the juice from the can
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
 - Add diced pork to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
 - Once the pork is browned, pour in the pineapple juice and bring to a simmer.
 - Stir in Rupen's Vindaloo curry sauce, ensuring the pork is well coated.
 - Add the chopped pineapple slices to the skillet and stir to combine with the pork and curry sauce.
 - Allow the curry to simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
