Ingredients
1.5 lbs pork shoulder
1 Tablespoon oil
1 jar of Rupen's Vindaloo sauce
Instructions
- Brown 1 lb pork shoulder (or chicken).
- Add one jar Rupen's Vindaloo sauce.
- Toss in a diced potato. Simmer 12 mins.
- Serve over rice or with naan. Done.
