Vindaloo Pork Stew

Ingredients

1.5 lbs pork shoulder

1 Tablespoon oil

1 jar of Rupen's Vindaloo sauce

 

Instructions

  • Brown 1 lb pork shoulder (or chicken).
  • Add one jar Rupen's Vindaloo sauce.
  • Toss in a diced potato. Simmer 12 mins.
  • Serve over rice or with naan. Done.
