Ingredients:

4 ears of corn, husked

4 tablespoons Rupen's Tandoori Marinade

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Boil corn in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let it cool slightly.
2. Generously brush each ear of corn with Rupen's Tandoori Marinade.
3. Grill the corn over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until it is nicely charred.
4. Brush with melted butter, garnish with chopped cilantro, and squeeze fresh lime juice over it before serving.
