Sliced onions, for garnish
Sliced lemons, for garnish
Tandoori Naan (from Trader Joe's or any store-bought)
Oil for grilling or baking
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs and Rupen's Tandoori Marinade. Mix well to ensure all chicken pieces are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator overnight for best flavor.
Preheat your grill or oven. If grilling, preheat to medium-high heat. If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
If grilling, lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. If baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Remove the marinated chicken thighs from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. If baking, place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sliced onions and lemons for serving.
Once the chicken thighs are cooked, transfer them to a serving platter. Serve them alongside the sliced onions, lemons, and warmed Tandoori Naan.
Enjoy your flavorful Tandoori Chicken Thighs with the aromatic accompaniments and delicious Tandoori Naan!
