Spicy Paneer Wraps

Our Spicy Paneer Wrap combines marinated paneer with onions, bell peppers, and melted cheese, all wrapped in tortillas and grilled. A burst of flavors in every bite!

1 lb paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into cubes
1/2 cup Rupen's Kandoo Spicy Marinade + 2 Tablespoons oil
Oil for sautéing
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
Grated cheese
Salt, to taste
4 Tortilla wraps


Cut 1 lb of paneer into bite-sized cubes.
In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with 1/2 cup of Rupen's Kandoo Spicy Marinade and oil. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until they are tender.
Add the marinated paneer cubes to the pan and cook until they turn golden brown.
Season with salt to taste.
Warm up tortilla wraps on a separate pan or griddle.
Place the sautéed paneer and vegetables on each tortilla wrap.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Fold the wraps and grill them for a few minutes until they are lightly toasted and the cheese melts.
Serve the grilled wraps hot and enjoy!
