Spicy BBQ Honey Vinegar Chicken Kebabs

Our Spicy BBQ Marinade helps you create a delicious sweet and spicy grilled chicken. Just a few ingredients and you have assembled a delicious dish.

Serves: 3-4

1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup Rupen's Spicy BBQ Marinade
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar (such as apple cider or white vinegar)
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
For serving:
Skewers (metal or soaked wooden skewers)
Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, etc.)

In a mixing bowl, combine Rupen's Spicy BBQ Marinade, honey, vinegar, and salt. Stir well to combine and create the marinade.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss them until they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the chicken and marinade into a sealable plastic bag. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, alternating with your choice of fresh vegetables.
Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges. Make sure to brush any leftover marinade on the skewers while cooking for extra flavor.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
