When summer comes to an end and we welcome the fall season, roast your leg of lamb with our spicy barbecue sauce and serve it with a side of rosemary potatoes and greens.
1, 5 lb leg of lamb
1 bottle of Rupen's Spicy Barbecue Marinade (KANDOO)
Pre-heat oven at 350 F.
Cover the bottom of a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
Place the leg of lamb on a roasting pan.
Pat-dry the leg of lamb and score the top of the lamb with a knife.
Liberally apply half the bottle of Rupen's Spicy Barbecue Marinade onto the lamb.
Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until the inside of the lamb reaches 140 F.
Remove from the oven and set aside for 30 minutes.
Carve and serve with roasted potatoes and a side of greens.
