Omelet Curry


In India, eggs are often turned into hearty curries that bring warmth and comfort to the dinner table. This simple version, made with Rupen’s Masala Curry Sauce, is quick enough for a weeknight yet rich enough to feel special.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 jar Rupen’s Masala Curry Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 jar of Rupen’s Masala Curry Sauce with ½ cup water and bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk 4 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, cook into an omelet, and cut into wedges.
  3. Add the omelet pieces to the simmering sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with bread, naan, or steamed rice.
