Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 jar Rupen’s Masala Curry Sauce
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 jar of Rupen’s Masala Curry Sauce with ½ cup water and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Meanwhile, whisk 4 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, cook into an omelet, and cut into wedges.
- Add the omelet pieces to the simmering sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot with bread, naan, or steamed rice.
