Grilled Chili Wings with Red Chili Paste (Tambda)


These grilled wings are seasoned simply, then tossed in a buttery blend of our fiery Red Chili Paste—Buffalo style with an Indian twist. It’s the easiest way to spice up your summer table.

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken wings
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp melted butter
• 1–2 tsp Rupen’s Red Chili Paste (Tambda)
• Lime wedges and cilantro (garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Pat wings dry and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Rest 10 minutes.

  2. Grill until crispy and fully cooked (about 20–25 minutes).

  3. Mix Tambda Chili Paste with melted butter.

  4. Toss hot wings in chili-butter sauce. Garnish and serve.
