These grilled wings are seasoned simply, then tossed in a buttery blend of our fiery Red Chili Paste—Buffalo style with an Indian twist. It’s the easiest way to spice up your summer table.

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken wings
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp melted butter
• 1–2 tsp Rupen’s Red Chili Paste (Tambda)
• Lime wedges and cilantro (garnish)
Instructions:

Pat wings dry and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Rest 10 minutes.

Grill until crispy and fully cooked (about 20–25 minutes).

Mix Tambda Chili Paste with melted butter.
