This simple and flavorful chicken curry recipe is perfect for a quick yet delicious dinner. With the rich flavors of Rupen’s Chicken Curry Sauce, tender baked chicken, and a delightful garnish, this dish will leave everyone craving more.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs (700g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 jar Rupen's Chicken Curry Sauce (approx. 12 oz / 350 ml)
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ cup cashews (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is lightly browned.
- Pour in the jar of Rupen's Chicken Curry Sauce and stir well to coat the chicken. Add ½ cup of water and mix gently to combine.
- Cover the skillet with a lid or foil and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle with cashews and fresh cilantro. Serve hot with steamed rice or naan.
