First-time Rupen's user -- Tonight I tried the Saag sauce with homemade paneer. 2 quarts of milk = about 8-9 ounces paneer, depending on how much liquid is squeezed out, which was perfect. I just mention that because the recipe on the jar calls for 1 pound of meat/veg, and a whole pound of paneer would have been way too much. As soon as I opened the jar I knew it was going to be delicious. The aroma! Before it even hit the heat! Perfect. Barely touched the rajma or the rice on my plate. Can't wait to try the 3 other curry sauces. Also -- a handwritten thank-you note from Rupen inside the box? Lovely.
