Spicy Tikka Masala Chicken Burger
Serves: 3-4
1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 burger buns
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Lettuce leaves
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced red onions
Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish



If the breasts are large, then slice them horizontally in half.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken breasts.

Cook the chicken on your grill based on the manufacturer's instructions.

Once the chicken breasts are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
