Spicy Red Chili Cheese Dip

1 tablespoon Rupen's Red Chili Paste
8 ounces Goat Cheese or Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Roasted Red Peppers, chopped
1 cup Grilled or Sautéed Red Onion slices, chopped
½ cup Toasted Pine Nuts
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
Salt to taste



In a mixing bowl, combine the softened Goat Cheese or Cream Cheese with 1 tablespoon of Rupen's Red Chili Paste until well blended.
Add the chopped Roasted Red Peppers, Grilled or Sautéed Red Onion slices, and Toasted Pine Nuts to the cheese mixture. Stir gently to combine.
