Spicy Deviled Eggs with our Red Chili Paste

Spice up your Christmas party with a festive twist on a classic favorite – these Spicy Deviled Eggs featuring the bold kick of Rupen's Red Chili Paste. Serves: 3-4


6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Rupen's Red Chili Paste (adjust to taste for desired spice level)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh chives or paprika for garnish



Carefully remove the yolks from the halved eggs and place them in a bowl.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Rupen's Red Chili Paste. Mix until well combined.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the amount of Rupen's Red Chili Paste for your preferred level of spiciness.
