Spicy Chickpea Salad with Rupen's Jalapeno Vinaigrette

2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced red peppers
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons julienned green onions
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Salt and black pepper to taste


For the Jalapeno Vinaigrette

1/4 cup olive oil
