Mushroom Korma
Ingredients:
1 jar Rupen's Korma Curry Sauce1 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
- Sauté mushrooms in butter until tender.
- Add the korma sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

Lemon Rice with Cashews
Ingredients:
1 cup white basmati rice2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup cashews
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook rice for 9 minutes in 5 cups of salted boiling water. Strain, set aside.
- In a large fry-pan over medium heat, add oil and sauté the cashews in coconut oil until golden; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add turmeric and ginger. Sauté for a minute.
- Add cooked rice, lemon juice, and salt; mix well.
- Stir in cashews and cilantro. Toss.
