Mint Yogurt chutney is an excellent accompaniment with Indian meals.
2 cups fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1 inch fresh ginger root, roughly chopped
1 jalapeno, roughly chopped
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or as preferred
In a blender, first add yogurt followed by the rest of the ingredients. Puree. If needed, add 1/4 water to help the blade puree the ingredients. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve.
