Masala Chai (Evening Ritual)


A warm cup of chai can feel like a pause button on a winter evening.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup milk (or plant milk)

  • 2 tsp Rupen’s Masala Chai

  • Sweetener to taste

Method
Bring water and milk to a gentle boil. Add the chai, reduce heat, and simmer for 6–8 minutes. Strain, sweeten lightly, and enjoy slowly.
