Chai means tea in Hindi. Chai is the lifeline of India. Every morning, millions of Indians wake up to the smell of chai brewing in their home kitchens. Outside on the streets of India, chai wallahs (chai vendors) have prepared a delicious cup of chai for on-going customers.

- Masala Chai
- Caramel Chai
- Vanilla Chai
These have been over a year in the making and I am excited to see they are finally here. Essentially, It's Chai on steroids.
1 cup (8 oz) whole milk (or substitute milk of your choice)
1 cup (8 oz) water
1 Tablespoon Rupen's Chai blend
1 Tablespoon white granulated sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to simmer. Add Rupen's chai blend and sugar. Stir to combine.
Simmer for 8 minutes.
Strain using a strainer in 2 cups, and serve.
