Spring has finally sprung! Our Masala curry sauce makes a great accompaniment alongside grilled tuna. Serve it with a side of grilled asparagus (sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning).
2 Wild Tuna Steaks, 8 oz each
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
2 Tablespoons sunflower seed oil
1 bottle of Rupen's Masala Curry Sauce
Pre-heat your grill at 425 F.
Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Sprinkle a little oil on both sides of the steaks.
Oil your grill and place both the tuna steaks on the grill. Cook for 2 minutes.
Flip, and cook the other side for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve on a bed of our Masala curry sauce alongside grilled asparagus (add some lemon pepper seasoning on the asparagus for additional flavor).
