Curry Broccoli


Honestly, anything tastes 10x better when you bake it. Broccoli is no exception and is probably the best and easiest thing to bake. This recipe is pretty simple with only a few ingredients and can be prepared in a pinch for lunch or a quick side dish for dinner.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon curry powder

1 teaspoon of sea salt

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 lb broccoli, broken into similar sized florets, preferably 2-inch florets

 

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven at 350 F.
  • Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, add curry powder, sea salt, and olive oil. Mix.
  • Add broccoli florets and mix using your fingers so that all of the florets are coated with the mixture.
  • Place the florets on a half-sheet baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.

NOTE: Broccoli florets should be slightly browned at this point, if you like to it cook further, you can pre-heat the oven at 375 F and cook the florets for 15 minutes.
