Honestly, anything tastes 10x better when you bake it. Broccoli is no exception and is probably the best and easiest thing to bake. This recipe is pretty simple with only a few ingredients and can be prepared in a pinch for lunch or a quick side dish for dinner.

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon of sea salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 lb broccoli, broken into similar sized florets, preferably 2-inch florets
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven at 350 F.
- Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, add curry powder, sea salt, and olive oil. Mix.
- Add broccoli florets and mix using your fingers so that all of the florets are coated with the mixture.
- Place the florets on a half-sheet baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
NOTE: Broccoli florets should be slightly browned at this point, if you like to it cook further, you can pre-heat the oven at 375 F and cook the florets for 15 minutes.
