Ingredients
1 cup water
1 tsp Rupen’s Chai blend
½ cup quick-cooking oats
½ apple, diced
1 tsp brown sugar (or maple syrup)

Instructions

Bring water to a boil, add Rupen’s Chai blend, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Strain the chai into a saucepan and return the hot liquid to the stove.

Stir in oats and cook for 1–2 minutes until creamy.

Add diced apple and brown sugar, mixing well.
