Rupen's Tandoori Spice Rub (3.17 oz)
This classic Indian spice rub is intended for a Tandoori style flavor on meat or vegetables. Apply this rub over meat or vegetables along with some yogurt and marinate.
The marinade when applied on poultry, should be refrigerated for 8 hours for best results. When applied on red meat, the meat should be marinated for 24 hours in the refrigerator. When applied on seafood, the seafood should be marinated for one hour in the refrigerator. As time passes, the spices work their magic. When grilled, the meat or vegetable results in a classic Tandoori dish that you and your family/ friends would love.
