Mango Lassi November 02 2013


Ingredients

1 can Ratna brand Alphonso Mango pulp (only available online or at Indian stores)

Equal part 2% fat plain yogurt

1 cup ice

1/2 tsp cardamom powder


Instructions

Line a couple of paper towels in a colander. Place this colander in a large mixing bowl. Pour yogurt into this colander and set aside for half an hour, allowing  for sour yogurt water to drain.

Pour strained yogurt in a mixing bowl, add ice, cardamom powder and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then whisk for a couple of minutes. Serve.
